In operation since 1982, Rainbow works with young people 11 to 25 years old in a variety of individual and group counseling, skill development, educational, recreational, and direct service programs. Our organization strives to meet the needs of our youth as they grow, develop, and change.
Rainbow Youth Centre provides comprehensive programming and activities aimed at helping young people prepare for the transition from adolescence to a healthy, productive, and independent adult lifestyle.
Youth acquire skills, appreciation of themselves and a sense of responsibility for their actions. At Rainbow Youth Centre we provide opportunities for youth to be appreciated in the process of acquiring new skills. We encourage youth to take active responsible roles at the Centre. At Rainbow Youth Centre we work to create opportunities for youth to recognize their self-worth.
